As the title. Has anyone in the UK, or in Europe, ordered beans from CA? If so:
how long did they take to arrive? were there any extra charges? is there anything else I might need to consider?

I've ordered CA beans and had them delivered to Australia. No charges other than what the website said. I didn't pay anything to clear them into Australia or have any customs issues (although the occasional box would be opened and inspected and sealed again with customs tape). Delivery was about 2 weeks.
Not sure about the UK/Europe though

I ordered them alongside a sylph winnower and ended up paying a customs charge, although I think that was on the winnower rather than the beans. Delivery took about 10 days although that was partly due to being held up until I had paid the charge.

As far as I know I think anything ordered from the US over the value of £30 is likely to carry additional import charges.

Cocoa beans are zero rated, you won't have to pay import tax on them regardless of where they come from. However, you might want to ask CA to have the words organic crossed off the bags before they go, because I've had issues with that.

I've since sent pallets of Organic beans and the key is making sure all the paperwork is in order beforehand. I've never heard of an issue with retail amounts.
