I have just started making chocolate for my friends and family but i want to do it as a profession but i heard that in making large batches chocolate you need to use bug feces. is that true and if it is is there a way to supplement the feces

That's a new one on me. The answer is no, you do not have to use any bug faeces and I think we'd all recommend no one ever does.
The closest thing I can think of is Shellac, used to make some candies shiny.

Pardon the pun, but it appears the idea of using bug faces is bullshit as we'd say here in Australia
