I am looking to rent a commercial kitchen that has chocolate making equipment (bean to bar - ovens, grinders, etc.) in the NYC area. However, no luck what-so-ever. Any leads / suggestions? I am now thinking of starting my own commercial kitchen with necessary chocolate making equipment that I can rent out to others that want to make chocolate - any thoughts on demand / limitations? Seems like there would be demand for such a dedicated commercial kitchen. Thanks!

I have my own equipment and use the WHEDCO commercial kitchen in the Bronx. If you start a local chocolate commercial kitchen, please post your information!. I'd be interested in learning more about it.
