I've been making chocolate using the Premier Wonder Grinder for the past 4-5 months. It's served me well but I'm looking for a larger production capacity. It seems that the Santha's get a lot of mixed reviews––broken belt here, replace this part there, modify the machine this way, etc... So I've been looking elsewhere.
Does anyone have experience with any of the Cocoa Town Melangers? I want to buy something built to last, a machine made to run 24/7 without a lot of problems. Price range 500-1000 USD, preferably on the lower end of that price range.
Any advice would be really appreciated!

Hi aaalxandr. I used the previous model of Cocoa Towns (the 'Deluxe' or ECGC-12) for several years. Other than replacing the belt on them with the fiberglass link belt discussed elsewhere on this forum, I never had any problems with them.
