Hey everyone,
I'm interested in making chocolate and have a few good recipes that I think could make some money, so I've decided to go into business. Problem is, this is a bit of a tricky industry to break into, if there is anyone here who has been successful selling chocolate, I'd like to pick your brain a little.

I don't suppose there are any industries that are easy to break into lots of experience here, post your questions. Spend more time than you think you need developing a business plan. Be sure you're treating it like a business and not a hobby.

I think the first thing to do is just spend some time (a year) making chocolate for pleasure before diving into a business, there is a lot to learn to get things just right, and you'll want plenty of experience under your belt.

chocolate is one of the most risky business to get into but just remember... chocolate wins wars, invented the microwave and is saving the rainforest
