I have been making alot of Soy Milk Chocolate lately, and I find I actually prefer it to regular Milk chocolate. Recently when buying a new can of Soy Milk Powder, I notice the same manufacturer selling Vanilla flavoured Soy Milk Powder. It contains roughly the same amount of calories per serving and roughly the same amounts of fat. Curiously, the nutrition label claims 6 g of protein per serving of 20 grams, while the regular Soy Milk powder has < 1 gram of protein per serving of 23 grams. 2 questions:
i) anybody tried using vanilla flavoured soy milk powder? I was wondering if one could use it instead of the regular soy milk + vanilla bean and
ii) not related to chocolate making, but why would vanilla flavoured soy milk powder contain 6X as much protein? That seems odd to me.
Thanks, Adam
