Today I was at the shop transforming my 300 lbs of cacao into cocoa butter. I took my camera with me and took some pics and video of the process. Right now I did a quick and dirty edit of the video footage and uploaded it to youtube. I had a blast watching the process, and the gentleman who owns the place is among the most knowledgeable people I have ever met regarding cacao and chocolate. I hope you enjoy my little video! Edit: sorry about the ad on the youtube thing, first time I see them do that!

That is so cool to see it being made! I read about how the process works, but this is the first time I have seen it being done. Thanks for the video! Andrea
